Q. Why does an instance take long to start?

Starting an instance may take time because image caching and security checks are required. Billing starts when you click Rent because resources are already reserved and used to deploy your template. If startup takes too long, try another template or rent a different server.

Q. Why can't I connect to an instance?

Make sure the selected template supports the required access method. For SSH access, corresponding Docker/template parameters must be configured.
