Participation Terms
Marketplace participation rules, prohibited actions, and violation consequences.
By connecting your server to Qudata.ai marketplace, you accept the following participation terms.
Basic obligations
- Node is fully dedicated to marketplace workload during active rentals.
- Server must not be manually powered off while active in marketplace.
- Do not interfere with Agent or virtual machines.
- Do not stop Agent manually while tasks are running.
Prohibited actions
Access to instance data
- Reading, modifying, or copying data from running VMs.
- Using debugging tools (
strace,gdb,ptrace, or equivalents) against Agent processes.
Interference with platform operation
- Changing GPU isolation configuration without platform approval.
- Running external workloads on GPUs assigned to platform tasks.
- Installing NVIDIA drivers on host.
Consequences of violations
- Detected violations result in immediate termination of active instances.
- Repeated violations lead to trusted-node status revocation.
- Hoster is removed from marketplace without restoration.
